opportunity to generate the most money in the shortest time with the fewest
problems.
- An auction allows the public to set the price. There is a bargain sold at every auction,
but the total sale will be fair and representative of the merchandise offered. Auction
marketing is that unique sales process that actually allows the seller to
receive more than ever thought imaginable.
- As your auctioneer I provide the dynamic, powerful salesmanship you are seeking. At each individual sale I am your negotiator
with the crowd.
- Auction goers are knowledgeable about products and prices.
These people attend regularly and although friendly, keep the
bidding competitive to protect their own interests. I maximize
that competitiveness.
- I put forth my best effort because the success of your auction
represents me, my company and is my best advertising. My livelihood
rests on my ability to contact the proper buyers in order to receive
the highest price attainable.
- I seek out customers for your auction. I maintain a mailing
list of people interested in particular items, plus I use other
organizations and resources to contact those individuals interested
in your merchandise.
- I am your advertising coordinator. I work with you to
determine what is necessary to get the most interested people
present on sale day.
- I do not have personal ties or fond memories concerning the sale
of the items and can, therefore, act as an impartial arbitrator
with the crowd. I can answer all questions objectively and
unemotionally.
- I know how to "sell". Learning the auction chant is
relatively easy. More important is product knowledge and
personal expertise attained through continued education and
years of successful experience which help generate the top
dollar you are seeking.
- I am a member of the Ohio and National Auctioneers Associations
as well as the Certified Auctioneers Institute. I operate
under the strict code of ethics of these organizations. I am
licensed by and bonded in favor of the the Department of Commerce of
the State of Ohio, assuring you the most competent, professional and
ethical performance available.
