A Personal Note:

I attended auctions with my parents. Many of my relatives held auctions in the past as they moved off the farm and into town. My grandmother sold five jars of green beans for seven cents a jar in the 1940's.

Today, I am the President and lead auctioneer for Jerry Stichter Auctioneer, Inc. When I speak of my business the term "We" is used on a regular basis, because it takes the efforts of not only myself, but my wife, plus 12 dedicated staff members and 2 associate auctioneers.
